Hey Flingo is run by Globetrotters Sports ApS. By making an account or joining a game you agree to these terms.

Your quizzes

What you write and upload stays yours. You give us the right to store it and show it in your games. Do not upload anything you have no right to use, and nothing illegal, hateful or sexual.

Flingo

Flingo is a roasting flamingo and an AI. He teases, he is sometimes wrong, and he does not speak for us. If a line goes too far, you can mute him in the game settings.

Plans and payment

• Free is free, with the limits shown on the price list.
• A Party Pass is paid once and lasts 24 hours from purchase.
• Plus and Pro renew every month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time from the account page; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• If something went wrong with a payment, write to [email protected] and we will sort it out.

Fair use

Do not try to break the site, flood games with fake players or use Hey Flingo to harass anyone. We can close accounts that do.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep games running, but the internet at a party is the internet at a party. Hey Flingo is provided as it is, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email account holders before the change takes effect.
